Contact My Family RN
How to reach me
If you would like me to have the bluetooth system set up and to be prepared for your call, you may text My Family RN at (253) 386-0082 with a date and time for the telephone call. For example, you might text: Are you available in 10 minutes? Or Please call me tomorrow, Tuesday, at 2 a.m.
Please be sure that your number is not blocked or hidden and the number you are texting from is the number you wish me to use for the call.
Timing of calls
I have a long career being on call. I am particularly used to having telephone calls at odd hours, especially during the night. You may call me when you need to. I might ask for a minute or two to get the Bluetooth system set up and find a private place for me to talk to you. Your wait time will not be charged to you.
Because I am in solo practice, there will be occasional times that I am not available, for example when I am in the middle of having my teeth cleaned. On the other hand, if the line is busy, I am speaking to another client.
If for any reason I do not answer your call immediately, please text that you called and would like me to return the call at a particular date and time. Be sure I have your telephone number. Please be sure that your number is not blocked or hidden and the number you are texting from is the number you wish me to use for the call.
Your location
I am legally allowed to practice in all U. S. states and Washington D.C. EXCEPT the following states:
Alaska
California
Connecticut
Illinois
Michigan
Minnesota
Nevada
New York.
If you are calling from one of these states I am sorry that My Family RN cannot legally provide you with nursing services or care even by telephone. In that case, I encourage you to contact your primary care provider. If you do not have access to health care, you can call a local health department or call 211 (even through the night) to find local health and other community services.
