Charges and Payment

The cost of My Family RN services is paid by you directly. I do not bill insurance or third-party payers. If you are calling to ask about the services, you will not be charged for that time.

Charges are $1/minute as recorded on my telephone and a partial minute is rounded to the nearest minute. Charges for my time to search professional literature for specific information for you, read it, and organize it to give to you is also $1/minute. I am reasonably skilled and efficient at these tasks.

I am in solo practice. If I am washing dishes, for example, I might ask you to give me a few minutes to rinse and dry my hands and set up the Bluetooth system.  Your wait time will not be charged to you.

If you cannot afford to pay full charges, please discuss with me. I am here to help you.

You may pay by Zelle, check, or cash. The invoice will be emailed or mailed to you, as you choose. If not using Zelle, you may pay by mailing a check or sending cash to:
