“I give Anne, who has a Ph.D. in Nursing, my highest rating for telephone support – she is an outstanding resource.  She listens!  She is both very, very knowledgeable and intelligent. She has specific suggestions for many important health situations, like when my older sister was sent to the ER because her cardiologist’s office thought they found a clot.  Nurse Anne was immediately available and provided insights into the blood work that would be done and how the ER visit might go.  She was exactly correct. The ER said that they didn’t find any clot and sent my sister home –  with the recommendation to set up a follow-up appointment with her cardiologist.   I also really like that Nurse Anne is available at any time day or night!“
